• for use as evidence in disputes that may arise in the future,
• service quality monitoring,
• to provide you with information about our products and services,
• to keep accurate records of the laboratory, IVF clinic and other services provided,
• to arrange appointments correctly,
• to ensure coordination between units within our company,
• to provide information to relevant institutions and organizations, particularly to the Ministry of Health, Social Security Institution (SGK) and private insurance companies, in compliance with relevant legislation,
• to ensure that the activities of our Company are carried out in compliance with the legislation it is subject to.

Personal data is processed automatically by phone call, depending on the legal reason that "it is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not harmed ", stated in Article 5 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, and shall only be shared with relevant judicial authorities in legal disputes upon request.
