T Cell Clonality
|T Cell Clonality
|Rearrangement of T cell genes, which occurs in the early development stage of T lymphocytes, enables the cells to mature to contain lymphocyte-specific gene sequences. The neoplasm, which acquires a monoclonal structure with the proliferation of T cells in the same DNA sequence, is compatible with the diagnosis of lymphocyte malignancy.
